“There’s a tremendous amount of students and people new to the IT field that would like to get there foot in the door to see what it is like being in the business.  Especially in the I.T. field most companies will not hire someone that has a lack of real world experience. A lot of times these potential candidates just finished school but don’t have the hands on experience. By providing this program we hope to find someone eager looking to gain experience while trailing our engineers which will assist them in the future in gaining future employment, says Karine Desir, CEO of ARK Solvers.
