Reginald Andre is President of ARK Solvers. Reginald has transformed ARK Solvers from being a break-fix repair shop into a leading provider of IT Services and Support, meeting the needs of business in South Florida.
Since 2010, Reginald has been responsible for developing ARK Solvers vision by coordinating administrative efforts to achieve the company’s expansion goals, new business opportunities and client fulfillment. With over 14 years of business, entrepreneurship, and technical experience his knowledge and IT expertise has been the driving force in successfully growing ARK Solvers.
Reginald earned a AS Degree in Business Administration and a AS Degree in Network Service Technology at Broward College. He is also a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. He is a participant of local chambers, Business Network International (BNI), volunteers as a Treasurer at William H. Turner Technical High School Booster Program, local schools, provides business advice via SCORE Miami, and takes prime interest in assisting others in any way possible.
Business Development Director
Tania Andre focuses on marketing, brand management, and corporate partnerships. Her internal goals are to establish the organization’s mission statement and overseeing business practices to make sure that those goals and values are met. She serves as the organization’s public face and convey the company’s mission to customers and the public. Prior to Ark Solvers, Tania comes with 15 yrs of experience in sales and marketing in the Multi-Family Property Management industry serving top Fortune 500 companies meet their goals. She drives on building relationships, meeting with new and existing ARK Solvers clients.
Tania earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Lee University. She is also the President of a not for profit organization “The Mavuno Project.“
Yodalsy is focused on business process improvements and customer service. By ensuring the technical delivery of Managed Services and overall customer satisfaction, her objective is to ensure that client expectations are met and to build long term relationships through exceptional customer service.
Yodalsy earned an AS Degree in Network Service Technology at Broward College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in Information Systems.
Network System Administrator
Shawn provides management, implementation, and migration expertise to enterprise clients with a focus on servers, switches, firewalls, routers, and security. An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience and with the ability to focus on ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements; Shawn helps business owners make the right decision when procuring IT Services.
Shawn earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology with a specialization in Network and System Engineer from Barry University.
IT Support Engineer
Rouaa is a detail-oriented IT professional with over 10 years’ experience in Technical Support. Delivering remote service with strong interpersonal skills, dedication and commitment to excellence as well as innovative problem solving.
Rouaa earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from AUST (WES Evaluated with GPA 3.43). She also holds CCNA & MCSE Certifications.
Betty ensures that the daily operations run both effortlessly and smoothly. She works closely with the management team as well as assisting in many facets of the business including procurement, accounting, third party vendors, and takes ownership of client issues and follows problems through to resolution.
Betty earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida International University.
As client advocate, Tamy is the first point of contact for our clients as well assist with our marketing. Tamy helps maintain communication with our clients by assisting with day to day service calls between our technical team and clients. With over 15 years of Customer Service experience and 10 years as a business entrepreneur, she is well equipped to ensure we continue to have repeat customers and help our company become successful.
Director of Accounts
Danielle works closely with our sales and management team’s day to day operations. With a strong background in customer service, she helps facilitate sales opportunities and manages client relations alongside our Project Manager and CEO.
Danielle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counseling at Lee University and is currently pursuing a degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
Diovon is a productive self-starter who was recruited to work the front lines of the ARK Solvers Team. He brings with him 18 years of network and troubleshooting experience, working with Hotels like Fontainebleau in Miami Beach and The Palace in NY. Diovon provides onsite services to our clientele with attention to customer service. Diovon delivers prompt innovative solutions and is strong suited in his experience and knowledge. Diovon earned his AS Degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute and Graduated with Honors.
Information Technology Consultant
Our IT Professional Rafael Treto he has been in the IT field for 3 years with expertise is in telecommunications and electrical engineering. Rafael graduated from UCLV Universidad central Martha Abrue de las Villas in Santa Clara, Cuba also certified in CISCO from Miami Dade College. He enjoys outdoor and water activities; Most importantly he loves to know how things work and why. “It’s a wonderful feeling to help others.”
